Hand-carved in India from solid wood, each vessel is slightly different, with an irregular shape and a naturally aged finish. Its generous scale works well on its own, or alongside books, ceramics and other collected objects. Surprisingly light, the wood has a beautifully aged surface that shows the marks of its making and use.

Due to the age and handmade nature of this piece, variations in tone, texture and finish are to be expected and form part of the character.
