About The Quiet Edit

Founded by designer Carla Benedetti, The Quiet Edit is a natural extension of her interiors work and the way she believes a home should feel — naturally lived in and slowly gathered.

Carla’s work has always been guided by an instinct for creating spaces that feel layered rather than overly designed. Through years of refining homes and sourcing for clients, she became increasingly drawn to the pieces that give a space depth — aged materials, natural textures, distinctive lighting and objects with a handmade or artisanal quality.

She believes the most restful and interesting homes are less about adding more, and more about choosing pieces carefully and understanding how individual pieces sit together.

The Quiet Edit opens up that sourcebook, bringing together furniture, lighting, art and one-off finds from smaller makers and less widely available sources.

Refined or timeworn, each piece has been chosen for its materiality, proportion and how naturally it works alongside the rest. Together, they bring warmth and depth to a home that feels personal, collected and resolved.
